Should I Buy a Macbook Pro in November or Wait For The 2012 Upgrade?
I am planning on buying a Macbook Pro but then I heard that early next year a fully upgraded model from Apple is to be released. I need help. I don’t want to wait but…
I’m stuck.

There will always be another new version on the way. It will make little difference to what you do with it. Go for it now and do not worry about it.

Ruth asks…
Will the new and updated MacBook Pro come late this year or early 2012?
I was just wondering because I’m planning to buy one but I know apple releases updated products regularly. If so then i would just wait for the new one to come rather than buy one now and get a less updated mac. I had that experience when i first bought my ipod touch 3g. Apple released the 4g a month later and i really regretted that i bought the 3g at the same price.

Generally, Apple releases three times a year, early, mid and late year. So if a late year release hasn’t occurred as of yet, one will most likely be coming…probably in time for the holidays.

Susan asks…
when does apple usually launch new macbook pro?
becuase I’m thinking of buying 2012 macbook pro.
admin answers:
There is no real Rhyme or Reason to when they get released.
Starting from the most recent, these are the dates when new ones were released…
October 24, 2011
February 24, 2011
April 13, 2010
June 8, 2009
March 2009
January 6, 2009
October 14, 2008
February 26, 2008
November 1, 2007
June 5, 2007
October 24, 2006
April 24, 2006
January 6, 2006
So, you could assume that there may be one released in early 2012… Like sometime between January and April… Or that it might be as late as Late 2012, as in October or November.

Mary asks…
Should I wait for the 2012 MB Pro?
For Christmas I want to get a MacBook Pro but I heard that the 2012 MacBook Pro has a whole new redesign. What I’m worrie about is that when will the 2012 come out? In spring/summer/fall? Idk. So what should I do, play it safe and get the current one or take the risk and wait for a MacBook Pro that might not come out anytime soon? Thanks!!

There were also rumors that the 2011 model would have a redesign,
but that obviously didn’t happen.
I seriously doubt it would happen this year
apple has already announced in 2008 that they’re not planning to remodel macbook pros any time soon
also, the design has still remained a high factor of the laptops,
so i don’t see why they would change their minds just yet
if anything, this new line will offer the new ivy-bridge processors,
which actually doesn’t come out until spring of 2012.
Possibly a better graphics card since that has been a complaint about the 2011 models.
And as every other year, a slightly more thin casing,
but probably not anymore thin to eliminate the optical drive.
I would say to go with this line since it already has the newest OS
it’s impossible to follow technology and it already seems like there’s never too much improvement in the macbook pro line.
If you care about bluetooth and interior efficiency…
It has been said that apple will release an upgrade around november with
4.0 bluetooth and better chips.
As you may have noticed, apple is really good at containing their designs until release,
so none of the information you can find is 100% true,
however, i have browsed through quite a few sources
and most has said the same.
