Thomas asks…
Should i buy or not? (dont give me other brands besides apple)?
I have a MacBook Pro 15 inch which is 2 years old and i’m a senior Highschool, and in a perfect world i would want a MacBook Air sense my laptop now is kinda energy sucker + heavy. But i dont want to buy it if i dont need it, basically is the MacBook Air better for notes, battery life, fast internet for college?

Using my MacBook Air has been pretty effortless in High school. I get fast internet connection and it is probably the lightest and thinnest computer i’ve ever seen. Word to the wise if you want to increase battery life shut it all the way off if you know you won’t use it for awhile because it hardly takes any time to reboot. The price isn’t too terrible either for the 11″.

Jenny asks…
Which MacBook should I get?
I recently got a iMac. And I need a laptop for school. Which laptop should I get between MacBook, MacBook Pro, or MacBook Air. I would like a laptop that last for a couple of years and with great battery life. Plz help me.
admin answers:
For your requires of life span and battery life, any MacBook will do. So the cheapest on, the MacBook at $1000 is the choice.

David asks…
Should I go Macbook?
Just had a few questions about it, since im not a mac user.
1. How easy is the PC to Mac Transition?
2. Is the battery life long?(needed for college etc)
3. Is it overall worth it, or should I just get some random PC laptop?
4. Is the Macbook Air alot better than the regular one? and is it breakable?
admin answers:
The plain mac book is probably a better monetary value that the mac air, i just got one and love it. Every laptop is breakable, no matter what they say.
Easy transition to mac

I’m going to college and i don’t know which one to decide. I know I’m definetly getting a MacBook and i have $2000 saved up. I know you PC fans are like its a waste of money but i did my research and the MacBook is better for me in my situation. I have some back up laptops just incase i completely change my mind and the backup is the Sony Vaio 4GB Memory and 500GB Harddrive. I don’t plan on getting a protection plan so thats why i chose mac over PC. but i will get the protection plan if i get a sony vaio. if i get the macbook i wont. the leftover money i plan to use that for books thats why im not getting a protection plan because it costs a lot of money for it. anyways heres my criteria
I need a portable laptop with a lot of battery life
I need just enough memory for college. I have an extra backup laptop for me to play games on or do whatever
I need it to be good looking and people are jealous of me for having it (i know but i like to show off)
Please help me.

I can preach all day the virtues of buying a PC… But it appears you have made up your mind… So…. Obviously you dont need any help deciding… Just pick the one that looks the best eh…. You must be a computer expert. Id also like to tell you that there are other options that fit those criteria other than mac.
But i digress…. When you decide that a PC like….
An ASUS UL80Vt- A2 with:
a 4gigs of ram
a 320gb hdd
an 8 HOUR battery life
a weight of under 5lbs
and a dedicated graphics card
all at under $900 might be worth your time… Post as additional info ok?
